Craig Bott
Craig has provided senior level management advice and council on strategy, marketing and management to hundreds of emerging and expanding businesses throughout the western United States. He directed Ernst and Young's Entrepreneurial Management consulting services and owned and operated his own successful consulting business for many years.
He has served in a variety of senior operational positions at such companies as Franklin Covey, MarketStar as well as the Utah Governor's Office. He has operated and led numerous companies in the areas of software technology, consumer electronics, services, and most recently wireless broadband.
He has helped numerous businesses raise investment capital, design product and operational strategies and implement successful marketing and sales campaigns.
He has advised and consulted with numerous civic and community leaders on how best to strengthen and grow their economic and business base and achieve job growth. He has directly advised the Utah Governor's Office on strategies to strengthen and expand the Information Technology and Aerospace industries of the state.
He is a nationally published author, and as acted as an adjunct professor at Weber State and Brigham Young Universities. He has a degree from Weber State University and a Masters in Management from Brigham Young University.

Craig Earnshaw
In 1978, Craig founded LifeLink Corporation, which provides advanced sales life insurance proposal systems to financial
professionals. He sold the company in 2004 and currently works as an investment
consultant. He is a partner in the UtahAngels venture investing group and a member of the Park City
Angel Network.
Craig holds a BS in Computer Science from Brigham Young University. He is active in the LDS Church, and served as the mission president of the Brasil Porto Alegre South Mission (2003-2006).
Craig teaches and mentors students in the Rollins Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology of the Marriott School at Brigham Young University and the Willes Center for International Entrepreneurship at BYU-Hawaii.
His interests include running, basketball, skiing, backpacking, and mountain climbing. He has summitted three of the Seven Summits: Aconcagua (1996), Elbrus (2000), and Kilimanjaro (2000). He also did three climbs on Mt. McKinley and has climbed the Grand Teton and Devils Tower.
He and his wife, Colleen, have four children; all are BYU graduates, and ten grandchildren. They have lived in Riverside, CA, Newbury Park, CA, and Park City, UT.
